Jon Wilensky MD

Dr. Jon Wilensky is a Board-certified plastic surgeon and also a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is based out of the San Diego, Bakersfield region in California. He performs surgical operations on the breasts and body, including tummy tucks, breast augmentation, and breast implant removal. He's a prolific researcher and writer who has published numerous papers, many on the subject of trauma wounds and plastic surgery. He cares deeply about innovation and the power that it has to revolutionize the field of cosmetics as well as the medical community as a whole, which is why he splits his time between plastic surgery, medical work, and research.

Along with his skills as a plastic surgeon, Dr. Wilensky has worked to make advancements in cellular therapeutics and implantable biotechnology. He has held the title of Lead Surgeon in three separate clinical trials in these fields, including a study on implantable sensors. He’s also worked as a consultant for various tech startups, helping them to create solutions to some of the medical community's biggest unsolved problems.
